Your contract for any paid service is with Nawadigit FZE, and all payments are collected by Nawadigit FZE.
1. What we do
Jobitizer provides career advisory services: CV review and rewriting, LinkedIn profile optimization, job-search strategy, interview coaching, and related career guidance for professionals targeting Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf.
We are not a recruitment agency or an employer. We do not offer jobs, place candidates, or charge candidates for job placement. Our services improve your positioning and search — but hiring decisions are made by employers, and we cannot and do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or employment, nor any specific salary outcome.
2. CV review
The CV review is a limited, no-obligation assessment provided at our discretion, at no cost. It may be prepared with the help of AI-assisted tools reviewed by our advisors. It does not create a paid engagement.
3. Paid services
- Scope, duration, and price of each package are as described at the time of purchase.
- Payment is due in advance via the methods offered (e.g. PayPal, bank transfer). Prices are shown in the listed currency.
- Promotional and limited-time offers are valid only for the stated period.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information — about your experience, qualifications, and career history. Our deliverables are based on what you give us.
- Only submit CVs and documents that are yours or that you are authorized to share.
- Participate in scheduled sessions on time; missed sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion.
- Do not misuse the site (scraping, attacking, reselling our content, or unlawful use).
We never encourage or assist with false information in CVs or applications. You are responsible for the accuracy of every document you use in your job search.
5. Intellectual property
Deliverables prepared for you personally (e.g. your rewritten CV) are yours to use once paid for. Everything else — site content, templates, methods, and materials — remains Jobitizer's property and may not be resold or republished without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobitizer's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, lost opportunities, or employer decisions.
7. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We may decline or discontinue service in cases of abuse, non-payment, or misuse.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith by contacting us directly.
Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer-protection right you may have under the law of the country where you live.
